Kid Singers Madrid
Director: José María Álvarez
Three-voice children's choir created by José María Álvarez in January 2023.
It is made up of students between 7 and 14 years old from different schools in Madrid. The objective of this group is to create a space for children's artistic development in which participants develop their love for singing and learn essential notions of singing professionally, as well as an appropriate repertoire worked with high levels of musical excellence. Likewise, students receive notions of musical language and vocal technique. Finally and naturally, students love choral music for its own sake.
José María Álvarez, director of Orchestra and Choir at the Tchaikovsky Conservatory of Moscow, has been elected Best Primary Director nine times in the School Choir Competition of the Community of Madrid.
