This choir is called to be a musical benchmark in Madrid due to the repertoire it will cover and the high levels of quality required both in the selection of voices and in the artistic proposal of the director, whose objective is to achieve a vocal group of excellence.

The works that will be worked on will be mainly sacred polyphony. The artistic idea of this group consists of studying, systematically and following a didactic path, large pieces of the classical a cappella repertoire and projects with orchestra and choir alone and also in collaboration with other choirs of good level, since Álvarez not only He has a degree in Choir Conducting but also in Orchestral Conducting (he is currently director of the MUSIC'us Orchestra and the Symphony Orchestra of the Autonomous University of Madrid

).

The route map of the first stage (three years) of our group has as its final objective the study of the 'Mass in B Minor' by JS Bach. To do this, the choir will be prepared with a didactic plan of the works that we will study until we reach the appropriate level to successfully address Bach's Great Mass.
